About Us:

Our strength is the ability to analyze your proposed transaction and help you plan and implement it from start to finish with the degree of assistance that you need based on your experience and in-house capabilities.

We are a member of the Nevada District Export Council, a non-profit organization sponsored by the Commercial Service Division of the US Department of Commerce was created to assist the Commercial Service with US export transactions.  Read more about the US District Export Council. Accordingly, we are well poised to take advantage of the vast resources of the Commercial Service that can be brought to bear for your transaction.

Rarely can any single company can handle in-house all of the aspects of international trade transactions, many of which require special licensing, permits and skills for multiple jurisdictions in an international trade transaction.   We can help you effectively handle this by assembling a network of affiliates to fill in all the gaps.

We work with all lawful products that we deem to be beneficial to US foreign commerce.  While we may from time to time transact for our own account in various products or services, we typically work with products owned, or services provided, by others.  Requests for direct product or service participation by us should be described in your submittal when you Request a Proposal.
