What Are Its Advantages?
US Customs duties are not payable until the
products are removed from the Bonded Warehouse and imported into the
US. Products can be repackaged or manufactured in the Bonded
Warehouse, and exported duty free. This is attractive for
products that are shipped into the US before actual sale to a buyer,
or for interim storage of products that are under a quota.
